HUBUNGAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA PERAWAT DI RUANG SEROJA DAN TERATAI RSUD DR. SOEGIRI LAMONGAN

Abstract


Job satisfaction is a description of an employee's attitude, whether happy or unhappy with their job. With the fulfillment nursing  job satisfaction the well-being of nurses will be better and increase the nursing services and the nurse’s work performance will advance. One of the factors that can improve job satisfaction is the work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work environment with nurse’s job satisfaction in the seroja and Teratai room Dr. Soegiri hospital lamongan.The study design uses transversal analytical correlation with the simple random sampling technique. a sample of 43 nurses in the Seroja and Teratai room Dr. Soegiri Hospital Lamongan. Data collection using questionnaires and data were analyzed using spearman rank test assisted by SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that most of the nurses felt that they were satisfied with the data of 21 nurses (48.8%) driven by a supportive work environment of 22 nurses (51.1%). The results of the spearman rank correlation test show that rs 0.015 and p = 0.004 with p <0.05, then H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between the work environment and the nurse's job satisfaction. It is necessary that there be a renovation of the work space, especially coloring in the work environment to increase morale of the nurse and increase the comfort of the patient's rest. Kata Kunci: Work Environment, Job Satisfaction
