Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has posed significant challenges in the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), including face masks. Amid the shortage of medical masks, the use of cloth masks has become a recommended alternative by the government. This community service program aims to empower the local community, particularly tailors in Mojorejo Village, Modo District, to produce cloth masks made from oxford fabric, which is considered effective in filtering viral particles. The implementation method consisted of three stages: preparation through problem identification and material development, implementation through education and mask-making training, and evaluation through monitoring and one-week mentoring. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge regarding the importance of wearing masks, as well as their technical skills in independently producing cloth masks. Oxford fabric masks proved to be effective as an alternative means of protection in preventing COVID-19 transmission. This program also created new economic opportunities for local artisans. It is expected that similar initiatives can be replicated in other areas to expand their positive impact.
