Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is very important in building practicum activities at SMK PGRI Sukodadi to prevent accidents and create a safe and healthy work environment. This article discusses the implementation of K3 implementation workshops for vocational school students which aims to increase understanding, skills, and awareness of work safety aspects. The implementation method includes lectures, discussions, practice simulations, and interactive evaluations. The results showed a significant increase in students' knowledge and attitudes as well as the ability to implement K3 procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This workshop also fosters a safety culture that is important for students' readiness to face the world of work. Therefore, the implementation of K3 workshops on a regular basis is highly recommended in vocational education.
