Abstract


The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Leadership, Interpersonal Communication, and Employee Placement on Achievement. Hypotheses to be tested are (1) Leadership Affects Work Achievement. (2) Interpersonal Communication affect on Job Performance. (3) Employee Placement Affects Job Performance. (4) Leadership, Interpersonal Communication, Employee Placement together have an effect on work achievement. The research method used is the correlation survey method with descriptive approach. Sampling Technique with Saturated Sampling Technique where sampling of the entire population is 40 employees The method of analysis used quantitative analysis with regression analysis method, validity test, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression including t-test for partial test and F-test for simultaneous test. The calculation process is done with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 17.0 The results of the study are: (1) Simultaneously showed that Leadership, Interpersonal Communication, and Employee Placement Affect Work Performance). (3) Partially, Interpersonal Communication has positive and significant effect on Job Performance (4) Partially Employee Placement has positive and significant impact on Job Performance at Directorate General of Highways - Ministry Public Works & People's Housing (Scope of BBPJN V -  PJN Region I Sumsel). While the regression equation is Y = 2,320 + 0,441 X1 + 0,217 X2 + 0,346 X3 + e
