Analisis Penerapan Supply Management Chain di Rumah Sakit Cempaka Az-Zahra Kota Banda Aceh
Abstract
Hospital is an institution that provides health services to the community. The Cempaka Az-Zahra Mother and Child Hospital provides special services to mothers and children, but general services are only in the outpatient unit. Each service is inseparable from the need for medicines and consumable medical devices needed by doctors and nurses. Procurement of needs at RSIA Cempaka Az-Zahra uses an e-catalog system from logistics management to distribution using the Supply Chain Management model to avoid excess drug shortages and stock control and distribution. The results achieved from this study are the implementation of Supply Chain Management in the management of strategic department-based medical logistics by implementing inventory control functions of drugs and consumable medical devices. The method used in this study is the Porter Chain Model method. The conclusion obtained from this study is that it is hoped that this system can reduce the risk of drug shortages and excesses so as to minimize the costs incurred by the hospital.
