The Effect of the Implementation of the Human Resource Management Information System (SIMASDAMA) on Employee Performance and Hospital Overtime Cost Efficiency
Pengaruh Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SIMASDAMA) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dan Efisiensi Biaya Lembur Rumah Sakit
Abstrak
This study examined the effect of SIMASDAMA implementation on employee performance and overtime cost efficiency at Abdurrahman Syamsuri Hospital using a quantitative cross-sectional design with 71 employees. Data were analyzed using Chi-square, logistic regression, and Sobel tests. The results showed that SIMASDAMA significantly improved employee performance (p=0.043), but did not significantly affect overtime cost efficiency (p=0.444). Employee performance also had no significant effect on overtime efficiency (p=0.453) and did not mediate the relationship between system implementation and overtime costs. Although SIMASDAMA enhanced administrative performance and work discipline, overtime efficiency appears to be more influenced by structural factors such as workload distribution and workforce planning. Therefore, integrating information systems with workload-based HR planning is essential to improve operational cost efficiency.service innovation that makes patients feel satisfied with the services provided by the hospital.
