Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of factors Competency, Psychological Students, and Learning Environment on the Student's Spirit of Learning at the Faculty of Economics at Hasyim Latif University. This research is a qualitative study. In this study the population numbered 586 students consisting of active students in semester II, IV, VI of the Faculty of Economics at Hasyim Latif University. The research sample of 59 students using proportionate stratified random sampling technique of 10% based on the semester level of the respondents. Data analysis in this study used PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis techniques. The conclusions of this study are: (1) Competence of lecturers has an influence on student enthusiasm for learning by 17.6%. ; (2) Psychological students have an influence on student enthusiasm for learning by 29.7%; (3) the influence of student environment on student enthusiasm for learning by 18.4%; (4) There is an influence simultaneously of lecturer competence, student psychology, and learning environment on the spirit of learning; (5) Among the lecturer competencies, student psychology, learning environment towards student enthusiasm for learning which has a dominant value to student enthusiasm is student psychology.
