Lower back pain is one of the discomforts that will arise due to physiological changes or changes in the mother's hormones during pregnancy. The prevalence of back pain in pregnant women globally reaches 40.5%, nationally the prevalence reaches 40.5%, and the prevalence in Aceh reaches 17.5% where back pain occurs due to changes in back muscles. If the problem of lower back pain is not addressed immediately, it can become long-term back pain, increase the tendency of back pain during the partus to the postpartum, and can even cause chronic back pain that will be more difficult to treat. The aim of the research is to providing comprehensive obstetric care to pregnant women with back pain by providing the Kinesio Taping therapy at PMB Suriati, Ingin Jaya District, Aceh Besar Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of the study showed that Kinesio Taping therapy in pregnant women conducted for 2 weeks can reduce back pain in pregnant women. Before therapy back pain was at a value of 5, and after therapy the pain scale decreased with a value of 3.
