Abstract

Introduction: This study aims determine whether there is an effect of product differentiation on consumer satisfaction at the home of Bolen Si Teteh Paciran Lamongan. Method: The method used in this research is sampling technique used was a simple random sampling technique, namely taking samples from the population at random without regard to the existing strata in the population. Finding/Results: The results of the R2 correlation test are known that the R Square results are 0.481. This means that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 48.1% while the remaining 51.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
